When will my order arrive?
To calculate when orders shipped within the Canada will arrive, add the order processing time and shipping time. Deliveries to APO/FPO or other noncontiguous Canadian addresses may take additional time.
Business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

* Order Processing time includes credit verification (Billing address has to be same as Shipping address.Both addresses must match to where a customers credit card bill or statement is mailed) and time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in-stock, your order should leave our warehouse in 1-2 business day. If the merchandise is backorder, it may take additional time. * Expedite Shipping:
o Orders received by 3 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday - In-stock merchandise will be shipped same day.
o Please be aware there is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
* Expedite shipping time is provided by one of the above said shipping compaines, In an event that your package is not delivered in expected time, the upgrade charges will be credited to your account.
Without a direct request, above said shipping compaines reserves the right to make the decision whether or not they will release a package without a signature. If a customer requests a package be delivered without a signature, the customer is responsible for replacing the package if it is lost or stolen.
Undelivered packages due to customer error - Customer will be credited minus all shipping/handling and processing costs.
Returns
Ambiance Home Essentials offers 30 days money back guarantee on products purchased from our website (with the exception of the products listed below)
- Due to health code limiting the resale of open bedding items, duvets/comforters, pillows, pillow covers, bed sheets, mattress covers, Tempur-Pedic products, inflatable products, Throws, Robes, all Dreamsack products, Bed and Leg Lounge, KNEELING CHAIRS,Perfect Chairs ,Massage Chairs,Bed & Leg Wedges, all Back & Seat Support Products, Bucky Products are not returnable.
- Due to shipping and delivery cost, adjustable bed frames, mattresses, massage chairs, special order office chairs, indoor zero gravity recliners are non-returnable.
- Special orders, custom size, clearance, auction, or discontinued items are not returnable.
You must do the following prior to returning/ exchanging a purchased item:
E-mail info@ambiancehome.ca to arrange to get a return authorization number. All returns must be arranged within 15 days after delivery and assigned a Return Authorization Number. Packages without an assigned Return Authorization Number will be refused. We must know the reason for the return. To return an item, it must be in the original package, with Owner Manual & Warranty material, unused and undamaged in anyway. Please include receipt/ packaging slip for proper credit.
To save our customers money, Ambiance Home Essentials offers best way rates Shipping on original purchase. Refund on returnable products is subject to the following charges:
- The original shipping cost will be deducted from purchase price
- Shipping cost for securely returning the product back to Ambiance Home Essentials is customers responsibility
- A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged on products eligible for returns.
Exchange
E-mail info@ambiancehome.ca to arrange to get an exchange authorization number. All exchanges must be arranged within 15 days after delivery and assigned an Exchange Authorization Number. Packages without an assigned Exchange Authorization Number will be refused. We must know the reason for the exchange. To exchange an item, it must be in the original package, with Owner Manual & Warranty material, unused and undamaged in anyway. Please include receipt/ packaging slip to expedite your exchange request. You are responsible for shipping and handling on exchange both directions.
